Remove "food" items from cart to counter (hot chocolate, coffee, marshmallows, spoons, splenda, napkins, cups, etc.) | Check to see what we will be doing in candlemaking today. Assemble items required..labels, glue, wrapping paper, ties. Assist core members in candle making, or candle making accessories (coloring labels, assembling ribbons and L'Arche information cards) | Allow all core members to be involved with candle making. There may be some who choose not to participate in candle-making. Get those started in other projects. (Eric likes to have his beads "ready" and nearby...but understands he won't be working on them until afternoon.) | ASSIST core members with candle making as much as necessary and as possible. Depending on what part of the project is being completed, more or less assistance will be necessary from assistants.
