Field	Type	Definition
Member ID	Char	The passport number, or if not available National ID. This value will not be stored. Instead it will be used to create a unique and secure key
Date of birth	Date	Date of birth in day/month/year dd/mm/yyyy; this should not be in the american format month/day/year
Nationality	Char	Pre-defined list of nationalities
Sex	Integer	1=male, 0=female
City	Char	City of residence
Package	Char	Pre-defined list of all HAAD-authorised benefits packages. It should be the name of the package used by the insurer
Relation	Char	Pre-defined list of all relations: Principal, Spouse, Child, Parent, Other family, 0ther non-family
Insurance start	Date	Date at which member first became insured with insurer
Insurance renewal	Date	Date at which member insurance was last renewed. If there was no renewal, this should be the insurance start date
Insurance expiry	Date	Date at which current member insurance expires
Gross insurance premium	Float	Gross premium for an individual member. Insurer may choose to use the average gross premium for the specific package used
Policy Holder	Integer	1 = Government, 2= Government-related services, 3= Other, 4= Private companies <1000 employees, 5=Private Companies>1000 employees
